I forget my QC Rewards username and/or password. What should I do?
The email address you registered with serves as your username for your QC Rewards account. If you have any difficulty recalling the email linked to your account, our Customer Care team is readily available to assist you. Please contact our team here or call 800-398-6455 during normal business hours. If you forgot your password, you can choose the “click here to reset” option on the login screen. A password reset link will be set to the e-mail address associated with your account.

How do I set a favorite store?
To add a store to your favorites for both the app and desktop, go to your Profile and select Favorite Store. On the app, you can also add a favorite store by simply tapping the heart icon on the store’s detail page.

What is the new QC Rewards program?
With the QC Rewards program you’ll earn 10 points for every $1 you spend on qualifying purchases* through the QuickChek App with your phone number or Rewards barcode in-store.
